The Scottdale Fall Festival is holding its first annual  PATRIOTIC CHALK CONTEST. The contest willbeheld September 17th, 2011 from 5 pm to 7 pm on Pittsburgh Street for all age groups.  Three different age groups are available for participation. The first age group is children ages 3 to 11, then teens ages from 12 to 17 and finally adults ages 18 and up. The children age group will have a canvas of 3ft by 3ft. The remaining groups will have a canvas of 5ft by 5ft.  Over $200.00 in prizes will be awarded amongst the three different age groups. The contest will be judged by a local artist: Elizabeth Goodman, Caitlyn Thomas
