New for this year, "Most Photogenic Pooch" Photo Contest! Fee is $5 per Dog, with doggy bag for all preregistered dogs(during Festival while supply lasts). The doggy bags will be provided by Muddy Paws Pet Supply. A gift basket will be given to the dog with the most votes. Voting is 50¢ per vote. Dog receiving the most votes will win a gift basket, with winner announced Sunday evening. If not present, winner will be notified by phone on Monday.
